6:00 p.m. – Preplanning Work Session – The purpose of the work session is to review maps, plans, paperwork, etc. No motions or decisions will be considered during this session, which is open to the public.

1)       Call to Order

2)       Consideration of approval of the meeting minutes of the March 9, 2004 meeting.

4)       Consideration of Conceptual Discussion for .92 acres of property located in a C-3 zone located at 985 West Riverdale Road.

5)       Consideration of Discussion pertaining to the properties located on 4450 South between 700 West and 900West.

6)       Consideration of Discussion and Recommendation to the City Council regarding proposed amendments to Tittle 10, Regulations Applicable to All Zones, Fence Height: Obstruction of View (10-14-7), specifically to add language to the corner lot provision.

7)       Discretionary Business
